• Details you give us: name, email, phone number, shipping address, order details and messages you send.
• Mobile number and SMS consent records if you sign up for texts (the time, IP address and the exact consent wording you agreed to).
• Basic technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working and secure.
• Payment details are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

• To process and ship orders and to answer your questions.
• To send order updates, and marketing emails or texts only if you have asked for them.
• To prevent fraud and keep records required by law.

If you join Cherish Soul Texts, we use your mobile number only to send the messages you agreed to. You can reply STOP to any message to cancel and HELP for help.

We do not share, sell or rent your mobile number or SMS opt-in data and consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with the service providers that deliver our messages, and only to deliver them.

Service providers who help us run the shop — payment processing, shipping carriers, email and text delivery, and website hosting — receive only what they need to do that job.

We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information.

We use your browser's local storage to remember what's in your bag. We don't use advertising cookies.

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. SMS consent records are kept for as long as you are subscribed and for a period afterwards as proof of consent. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, and unsubscribe from emails (link in every email) or texts (reply STOP). Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; contact us and we will respond within the time the law requires.

Our shop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
