SMS Terms

These terms apply to Cherish Soul Texts, the text message program run by Brandtop Spots LLC for the Cherish Soul brand.

1.What you'll receive

Recurring automated marketing texts (new prints, restocks, occasional offers) and order updates, sent to the mobile number you give us.

2.How to join

Tick the unchecked SMS box on our text updates page or at checkout and submit your number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

3.Message frequency

Message frequency varies.

4.Cost

We don't charge for texts. Msg & data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

5.Stopping texts

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no more after that. To join again, sign up again.

6.Help

Reply HELP to any message for help, or contact us at [email protected] or (844) 632-5435.

7.Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is available to customers on major US carriers.

8.Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
